Mandolin Style F5
About this instrument
Style F mandolins represent the most iconic form of traditional carved mandolin design, recognised by their elegant scroll body shape and strong connection to bluegrass music.
At Coall Instruments, each F-style mandolin is handcrafted individually with focus on acoustic response, projection, balance and visual detail. Inspired by the legendary Loar-era instruments while allowing room for a more personal interpretation, these mandolins combine traditional construction principles with modern precision and individual craftsmanship.
The result is an instrument with strong projection, quick response, clear articulation and rich tonal character — suitable both for traditional bluegrass playing and more contemporary acoustic music.
Every instrument is built one by one and can be customised according to the player’s preferences in materials, neck profile, finish, binding, inlays and visual details.
Starting at €3000 (incl. VAT)
Final price depends on materials, hardware, inlay work and custom specifications, and does not include shipping costs or customs duties; base price refers to a standard configuration.
