Coall instruments are covered by a lifetime warranty that applies exclusively to the first owner of the instrument.
The warranty covers defects resulting from faulty materials or workmanship.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from regular use, improper or careless storage, unauthorized modifications or interventions.
Replaceable parts
The warranty does not apply to replaceable parts such as strings, bridges, tuners and other parts naturally subject to wear.
Proper use
Proper use and maintenance of the instrument are conditions for the validity of the warranty.
Misuse
The warranty may be voided if the instrument or product shows signs of misuse, careless handling or unauthorized repair.
Handcrafted instruments naturally change over time.
Coall instruments are handcrafted from natural materials, which may naturally change in appearance or structure over time due to environmental influences and regular use.
